Our Policies

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may forfeit the deposit. To cancel, please call us at 812-557-9580 or email cottagenotarycollc@gmail.com.

If you fail to appear for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows will forfeit their full deposit. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate your situation. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to pay the full fee upfront for future appointments.

We understand that unexpected delays happen. If you are running more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, please call us at 812-557-9580. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but we cannot guarantee availability if you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time. In such cases, you may need to reschedule, and the standard rescheduling policy will apply.

We are happy to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost if you provide at least 24 hours' notice.
